Youth Cricket, Reimagined for Equality
PML T30 was founded on a simple idea: young cricketers should be judged by what they can do with a bat and ball — not by their gender. India has plenty of talent going undiscovered because opportunity isn’t shared evenly. PML T30 exists to fix that.
Every squad in the league is mixed — 8 boys and 7 girls, playing side by side. Every match runs the same 30 Overs format, is officiated by certified umpires and covered by national broadcasters. It’s the first competition of its kind at the Juniors level in India.
More than a tournament, PML T30 is a development pathway — surrounded by professional coaches, sports scientists, media training and scouts watching every over.
